Last updated 23 September 2026
This explains what happens to information you give us through this website, and what the site records while you are reading it. It is deliberately short, because the site does not do very much with your data.
What we collect when you contact us
If you fill in the contact form or the dealer application form, we keep what you typed: your name, email address, phone number, company if you gave one, and your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or pass your details to anyone else.
What the site records while you browse
We count visits so we know which pages people find useful. That counting is done in a deliberately limited way:
- We do not store your IP address. It is scrambled together with the date into an anonymous daily code, which lets us count unique visitors without being able to identify anyone.
- We record which page was viewed, roughly where you arrived from (for example a search engine or a link), whether you were on a phone or a computer, and which browser you used.
- Known automated crawlers are ignored, so the numbers reflect real people.
Put plainly: we can tell you that forty people read the specifications page on Tuesday and that most came from Google. We cannot tell you who they were.
Cookies
This site sets a cookie only where it has to:
- A short-lived session cookie on the contact and dealer application forms, which exists to stop those forms being abused.
- A session cookie when a dealer or an administrator signs in, so the site knows you are still signed in as you move between pages.
There are no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies from other companies.
Dealer accounts
If you hold a dealer account we keep your company details, your contact details, your shipping address and your order history, because we need them to process your orders. Passwords are stored scrambled and cannot be read by anyone here, including us.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare sits in front of this website to keep it fast and secure. Your request passes through their network.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on these pages.
- Our web hosting provider stores the website and its database.
How long we keep things
Inquiries and applications are kept while they are useful for dealing with you and for our own records. Visit statistics are anonymous from the moment they are recorded, so there is nothing personal in them to remove.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] or call 850-250-2483 and we will sort it out.
Changes to this policy
If we start doing something different with information, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
